Hi, My name is Rich Allen.
I
am well versed in Mac and Windows, and have a long history
of involvement in Computer Graphics. I taught Computer Graphics
at the Denver Institute of Technology and at Aims Community
College in Greeley Colorado. My classes ranged from Desktop
Publishing, Business Practices, Illustration, Desktop Video
Production, 3D modeling and rendering with Lightwave and Photoshop
for Digital Photography.
I am an artist, and a designer with a BFA
in graphic design from Colorado State University. I have
18 years experience as a designer, with 15 years experience
in interactive multimedia, desktop video production and
3D modeling rendering and animation. More recently I have
been involved in corporate image development and marketing,
both print and web.
I have designed over 80 web sites in the
last 6 years. My web design experience involves all aspects
of design and programming, including Macromedia Fireworks
for interface design and graphics optimization, Flash for
web based interactive multimedia and action script programming
and Dreamweaver for html page layout, as well as database
programming and dynamic server side functionality using
ASP, Access, Cold Fusion, PHP, MYsql, CDONTS, SDOSYS, ODBC and Windows 2000
web server IIS.
